In this fast paced world, listening seems to be harder to do.  

We may hear but do we actually listen?  How do you listen?

In this workshop we will tune into our body and heed to what it is telling us.  

The 5Rhythms is a map of how energy moves.  Each of the rhythms opens a gateway that gives us, if we listen, the possibility to let our body move in its own term.

5Rhythms transcends dance. The movement is the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. Together we peel back layers, lay masks down, and dance till we disappear…

Only to rediscover ourselves through it all.
