OPIS
Celebrate the end of summer with a weekend 5Rhythms focused on the Lyrical rhythm and the theme of harvest— gathering what has grown in your life, embody your harvest and practicing the lyrical dance of giving and receiving.
We give and receive all day, through our breath first of all and through life which is offering us impulses all the time.
In this workshop we start with exploring the dance of acceptance what life has to offer.
From the place of acceptance we find what we want to offer back. Creativity helps to find expression of our offerings to the world.
When we find our unique place in the big wheel of life from where we give and receive we step into the realm of lyrical.
In lyrical we know our place and our movements become filled with ease.
It is in lyrical we explore the connection between joy, generosity and gratitude – if we are generous, it comes back as gratitude and creates a lot of joy ~ same the other way around.
The wave of 5Rhythms, flowing, staccato, chaos , lyrical, stillness will guide us through this autumn workshop. Offering us different ways to move in our body heart and soul.
Everyone can dance, be welcome as you are.

taller de otoño. Nos ofrecerá diferentes maneras de movernos con cuerpo, corazón
y alma.
Recoge lo que ha crecido en tu vida, encarna tu cosecha y practica la danza lírica
del dar y recibir.
Damos y recibimos todo el día, primero a través de nuestra respiración y luego a
través de la vida, que nos ofrece impulsos constantemente.
Comenzamos explorando la danza de la aceptación de lo que la vida nos ofrece.
Desde la aceptación, encontramos lo que queremos ofrecer a cambio. La
creatividad nos ayuda a expresar nuestras ofrendas al mundo.
Es en lo lírico donde exploramos la conexión entre la alegría, la generosidad y la
gratitud: si somos generosos, regresa como gratitud y crea mucha alegría; y
viceversa.
Todos pueden bailar; sean bienvenidos tal como son.
