Mid Summer Festival 2019 is a residential retreat that since 2016 has brought people from Italy and abroad together. There will be several mindfulness practices daily, with qualified teachers and musicians. Every day will begin with a Yoga session and then be followed by dance and other sessions. Every day there will be one or more 5Rhythms Dance sessions, and an alternation of Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Open Floor, Azul, Contact Improvisation & Trance Dance sessions. There will also be guided meditation sessions, gong baths, aura soma, an introduction to essential oils, voice expression and more. In some Dance sessions we will be accompanied with live music. There will also be professional holistic practitioners available for individual treatments on request.

MidSummerFestival is an opportunity to nourish and bring back into balance your body, mind and soul. A space in which to connect to nature and awaken peace and inner strength. It is a joyful sharing of practices and being together. Mixed with moments of relaxation, in the hammock, in the pool, in nature... Most of the food will be vegetarian and km0. This invitation is open to everyone who feels the calling to come, even to those who have no previous experience in the activities on offer. It is possible to come with children, friends and partners, without them feeling obliged to participate in the sessions.
