Our hearts are fluid things. They shape us and reshape us from moment to moment. A kalaedescopic fractal dance shifting with every action and every ineraction. When we explore and befriend our emotions, when we get to know how they shape us and move through us, our lives can get a whole lot easier! The distinctions between the emotional landscapes dissolve . . . they are all about love.

We all carry old fossilised fears, frozen angers, dammed up sorrows and lost joys. They shape us as surely as the pure momentary movements of emotion. Dancing with our emotions in the present can heal the past and free us from expectations. It is a gateway to presence, maps to ecstasy. Beautiful work.

The emphasis of this 5Rhythms Heartbeat offering is on releasing the shackles of the past. Freeing ourselves from that which no longer serves us. Finding the gifts and teachings of all of the emotions.

The event is offered by Chris Boylan, a Waves and Heartbeat accredited 5Rhythms teacher.
