Es un taller donde a través del mapa de los 5 Ritmos creado por Gabrielle Roth, nos zambulliremos a mover el cuerpo, y llegar a nosotros mismos, al ser, a tocar el alma. Cada ritmo es una puerta que se abre y nos abre como maestros que son, nos guían, tienen una correspondiente en el cuerpo, en la respiración.Es una practica liberadora, ya que no hay formas a seguir, nos liberamos desde el cuerpo moviéndolo para así poder también liberar la mente y las emociones.
