In this workshop we begin to explore the vast territory of the body and the level of awareness and relationship we have to it . Using the 5 Rhythms movement and metaphor as road maps, we will become more familiar with our landscapes and elements as we discover the medicine of the first Rhythm of Flowing that brings us into our "Power of Being".
Workshop hours: 10.30am -3.00pm Cost $55BILJEŠKE
This workshop is the first in a 1 day series which explores the medicine and metaphor of each of the Rhythms. It is not necessary to attend all workshops as each stands alone ( but it is an amazing exploration to do so : )
No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to move and be moved.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water water bottle.
