Rejuvenating the Creative Body - Part 1

A 5Rhythms and Writing Afternoon

In this afternoon exploration we will enter the playground of dance, stir creative energies and allow word snapshots to take shape on the writing page. We will make ourselves available to the practices of movement, channel clearing, deep listening and tracking what emerges. The dance will follow the fascinating map of the 5Rhythms and the body as an inspiration and a resource. The writing is simply an invitation and an extension of this exploration. It can take many and all forms - poetry, prose, doodling, free-styling, journaling, inner process self-discovery.

You don't need to be a dancer or a writer to participate, just bring your curiosity, love for movement, bare feet and a writing pad.

It's high summer, let's revitalize, renew and regenerate!

This nourishment will take place in the stunning location of the Benedict Canyon Retreat house, tucked away in the hills of Beverly Hills.
