The turning of the year dance gathering has been practised aeons of times by human beings.

In the 5Rhythms®️ communities all over the world dancers will be gathering to dance together to reflect on the year gone by.

Practising to honour the life that has moved through us, reflecting on the challenges and blessings as we celebrate being alive here and now.

Each time we dance THE WAVE deepens the creative process of our alchemy.

5Rhythms®️ 

Flowing, 

Staccato, 

Chaos, 

Lyrical 

and Stillness, 

ground us and ignite the creativity of our healing and embodiment.

Ouroboros is an ancient symbol representing unity and the natural eternal cycle of constant destruction and re-creation. 

Ouroboros reminds us of our cyclicality and that we have the power to re-create ourselves. 

Our eternal return to our body, our heart, our mind, our soul, and our breath is where our creative power is.

This year our gathering will be to dance wave after wave to shed some old skin.

Allowing our dance to nourish new fresh vision 

of our empowered and embodied presence.

This workshop is open for beginners and experienced dancers and counts towards the 

5Rhythms®️ teachers training path.
