A day to explore the pause, resting between moves. 

A space to dig in the 5Rhtyhms map, with no hurry. To practice being active and connected, effortlessly. Finding this place where energy is infinite, which resides in our very center, letting oursleves be held by it. Making contact with the endless source which moves us and allow us to be, with no need to add anything else.

For many of us it is very hard to rest. We live with the sensation of running everywhere, with no space for ourselves. What if we practice pausing in the midst of the storm? Not waiting until it´s weekend or hollydays to crush and stop all of a sudden, disconnected from life? What if we learn to pause in the midst of full on activity? What if we rest while moving?

Gabrielle Roth´s  5Rythms®  are a simple yet profound moving meditation practice which help us re-connect with our body trough dance and non-coreographic movement. From our physical body, we follow the Rhythms to move and re-discover what needs to be danced with the support and inspiration of the group. A place to embody what we are, express it and release it, to find new possibilities. A space to give oursleves full permission and dance our own dance, following the intuitive wisdom of our feet.
