Through the embodiment map of the 5Rhythms®, we will explore what it means to have courage. The courage to show up. The courage to speak our truths, the courage to fail, the courage to move beyond failure, and the courage to belong. This workshop is grounded in a deep devotion to the 5Rhythms®, a lifetime of “personal development” failures, and the profound wisdom of Brene Brown’s work on courage and belonging. We will dance, we will write, we will share and we WILL look at ways to bring these teachings home with us.
