OPIS
Learning to PAUSE, to slow down our movements, our thinking, our emotions is a very valuable skill to develop. It helps us to breathe, to relax the body and to steady the mind.It gives us choices in our responses to what life sends us, rather than living a reactive life.
It is an opportunity to find the steady ground under our feet, to centre ourselves and to move with intuition and agility. We will use 5Rhythms® Mindful Movement Practice to anchor us in the present moment and the wisdom of Self Compassion to find the still point within as we spend time in mindful movement and quiet meditation.
Venue: Gort Movement Collective, Unit 2, Courtney House, George’s Street, Gort, County Galway H91 ARH4.
