This workshop explores our rebirth from the ashes - the maturity of the creative process, and the 5Rhythms wave.

The 5Rhythms is a catalytic movement practice drawn from the ebb and flow of nature’s rhythms. The rhythms offer us a map to navigate the heights (and depths) of the creative process, whether in our dance or other creative forms. In this workshop we’ll practice using the tools that help take us higher, in order to celebrate that sweet summit vista.

Natalie Poole is a certified 5Rhythms teacher with three years teaching practice. She has a background in Art Teaching and Dance-Movement Therapy. She has taught 5Rhythms workshops in Europe and the USA, and currently teaches weekly classes and regular workshops in Melbourne.
