A 5Rhythms® 7 Days/6 Nights Waves Retreat in West Bengal, India

A call to journey inward to move, to feel, to remember.

In this sacred land where devotion lives in the air and the earth hums with prayer, we gather to dance through the five rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - each a pathway home to the heart.

Over seven days, we move as pilgrims - not to arrive anywhere, but to return to what has always been within. Through dance, breath, silence, and ritual, we explore what it means to be alive in our bodies, to meet the places within us that long to be seen, and to open to the great pulse of love that moves through all things.

Set amidst the rich textures of India - the sounds, the scents, the stillness between - this retreat invites you into a deep embodiment of your heart’s wisdom. 

Together we create a moving temple, a living prayer, and a celebration of the sacred rhythm of being fully human and fully divine.
