you will guided by the music and the careful holding of the teacher to experience the range, depth and beauty of this easily accessible dance meditation practice.
Based in conscious movement, the 5Rhythms brings the gifts of connection to your body, your energy & to others.
Come and share and discover that part of yourself that is waiting to let go and dance free. No experience necessary.
