Portals is a nurturing 5Rhythms retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains...

Get nourished with wonderful food (produce from SevenOaks garden),
enjoy gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge,
stroll over 5 miles of trails though the 130+ acre retreat property,
sink into the clean clear water of the Rapidan River,
float down the river on a SevenOaks tube,
slip into the meditation hut for some checking in,
nap in one of the many hammocks,
burn away what no longer serves in our fire circle,
and...
dance yourself through portal after portal.

Welcoming everything that comes is the secret to being fully alive.  Portals are the moments when we can avoid what life offers, or we can take life's hand and move with grace.

In this retreat, we will each walk through as many Portals as possible.  Burning away that which isn't love.  When we are surrendered in movement, healing happens.  The soul emerges to burn through that which isn't love.  Portals to love open, leaving freedom and more of life to be seen and felt.

Come be pampered with the luscious food and surroundings of SevenOaks Retreat Center.  Enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, take walks through the 130+ acres of the Retreat Center, soak or float in the river (tubes provided), walk to the meditation hut for some sitting, hang out in a hammock, burn away what no longer serves in our fire ring, dance into bliss.
