The 5Rhythms is a moving meditation practice that maps how energy moves through the patterns, rhythms, and cycles of life. Flowing connects us to our feminine nature. Staccato connects us to our masculine nature. Chaos unites and dissolves all opposites into one. As a result we find transformation in Lyrical. From this transformative space we are then connected to Stillness, where the entirety of our experience can be integrated.We were all born from the powerful union of feminine and masculine. It is this union that creates and gives life. In this workshop we will investigate the primary energies of Flowing/feminine and Staccato/masculine. We will explore these dynamic polarities, strengthening the skills needed to navigate the relational territory of daily life.
For many people relationship is one of the most challenging tasks. Let your body be your guide as you honor the two primal energies that reside in all of us regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Unleash the power of your own creative action and find what is waiting to be born on the other side.
