Within each of us dwells a beating heart playing out the rhythm of our lifetime. Traumas and dramas, joys and surprises~all the stories that we have accumulated and those yet to be experienced.

In setting aside our stories we can begin to find the medicine that comes with being in the beat of the present moment.

In this 3 day workshop, we will traverse the emotional map of our beating heart through a journey of rhythms. We will invite the teachers of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion to bring us into the beat.

We will purposely be PRESENT in the beat of our own hearts. Gabrielle Rothâ€™s 5Rhythmâ€™s Heartbeat map will be the safe container that holds our emotional stew as we move towards PRESENCE with our tender hearts.
