 5Rhythms® is a body-based awareness practice created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide. This dynamic movement practice, centers around the idea that if you put the psyche in motion, it will heal itself.

This waves weekend workshop dance offers a catalyst for personal change and self-discovery. During this weekend workshop we will move through our grief process and losses, using the 5 rhythms platform map. Not to change us but to restore hope, anchor us, reveal, and transform us.

This workshop is a road map to discovering how to MOVE beyond our individual grief and losses.
