A  journey of exploring 5Rhythms map while living the adventure and discovering the wild and pure nature of Ladakhi Himalayas. This special land is also called “The little Tibet.”

An inspiring place not only because of their inmense and overwhelming beauty of Himalayan Mountains, but also because their special local people, and their ancient culture. A culture based on harmony and on liberation of the suffering for all beings.

A true inspiration of a pure and fullhearted comunity, which have dedicated tens of thousands of years in discovering how to keep a Silent Mind. To live life in peace, compassion and kindness.

We Will start our trip with a 5-day 5Rhythms Dancing retreat. First 2 days we will dance in a beautiful hotel in Leh (Ladakh main city), to have the oportunity to visit and meditate in some important monastery, and another 3 days in an amazing hotel with breathtaking vierws, located in a precious and small ladakhi village, starting to feel and to dive into the silent of the land. Also having some time to have small walks to enjoy the beauty of Hemischupatang town, monastery, water channels, valley and its astonishing surroundings.
