We will explore the support of the ground in Flow, the clarity of embodied form in Staccato the release of Chaos, the uplift of Lyrical & the mystery in the slow motion of moving Stillness. From there you can meet life with more inner resource.

Dancing the 5 Rhythms is a practise whether you are a beginner or experienced dancer wishing to deepen your understanding. When we come with a beginner's mind we come fresh to our body & each other.
