What can dance teach us about our relationships? In this workshop we explore the dance with ourselves, another and with the group. Through the 5Rhythms movement meditation map Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and stillness we curiously move and consciously explore the connection to body and fostering self-discovery, relational awareness and community belonging. We deepen the connection with our own body and our own rhythms, engaging in conscious embodied interaction and relating with another and exploring the collective energy and the unified field.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
