OPIS

On June 25th, in Nosara, Costa Rica, we will take a tribe of adventurous souls on a journey to practice the art of being human.

With the 5Rhythms® Waves and Heartbeat maps as our foundation, we will take Refuge from the world of doing in order to arrive into a nourishing state of being. Together, we will create a safe container for mutually shared transformation, allowing patterns of a lifetime to be revealed, witnessed and ritualized.

Nourished by the wilderness of the jungle and the potent land at the awe inspiring Costa Rica Yoga Spa, we will move ourselves to the root of our primal nature to rediscover our edges as well as our innate beauty. We will reconnect with our deepest truths and have space for new clear vision to emerge. We will come face to face with ourselves, in order to truly meet the world that is waiting for us on the other side.

Our journey for these 7 days will be supported by delicious whole and superfoods, restorative yoga, massage, ceremony and dips into the ocean for purification.
