You are invited to take your place in a powerful circle for a dynamic week to practice the art of being human. Willemijn de Dreu & Amber Ryan will take a tribe of adventurous souls on a movement medicine journey into the wild terrain of body, heart and soul.With the Waves & Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms® practice as our foundation, and the invocation of our ancestral field, we will take Refuge in the Costa Rican jungle in order to arrive into a nourishing and refreshed state of being.
Our home for these 7 days at The Costa Rica Yoga Spa will find us perched on the mountain overlooking the breath taking views of the Pacific Coast. Supported by delicious whole foods, Yoga, and dips into the ocean, we will dance ourselves to the root of our primal nature to rediscover our edges as well as our innate beauty.
We welcome you to a state of Refuge, where coming face to face with yourself allows you to meet the world as it is.
