Join me for an intimate dancing retreat in the French Alps.We will be staying at Les Fraisses, a traditional alpine building handmade fromtrees cut down in the surrounding forest over a century ago. We’ll dance insidein the purpose built barn and sleep outside in tepees or tents. It’s an area ofoutstanding natural beauty on the side of a mountain surrounded by alpinewoodland, wild flowers and a gorge.
There’ll be two sessions of dance each day with time in betweento either rest or explore the numerous mountain paths. Participants will berestricted to 12 and we’ll join together to help prepare meals, wash up orcollect firewood creating an intimate and heart felt community experience.
This retreat will be simple, basic and beautiful (noelectricity, limited wifi) taking our dance practice to a deeply connectedplace utterly supported by nature. A refuge for our human spirit to revitalisefrom the busyness of the world.

The Retreat will include:
6 night stay at Les Fraisses, sleeping in a tent or tepee,and use of all the facilities.
Two 5Rhythms sessions each full day
Two delicious vegetarian meals each day (brunch &evening meal)
Tea, snacks and fresh mountain water available throughoutthe day
Transfer from Praz sur Arly to Les Friasses
Not included:
Flights to Geneva and airport transfer which can be arrangedvia ouibus.com (costs 25 euros each way). We’ll collect you in Praz sur Arly.
The Cost:
£445 if booked before 26 June 2017 or £525 thereafter.

This retreat is open to dancers with existing experience ofthe 5Rhythms practice. If you haven’t worked with me before then I would alsoask we communicate (email and phone or in person) before you secure a place. Ifyou want to goahead then a £100 non refundable deposit is required to secureyour place with balance to be paid in full 2 weeks before departure.
Arrivals Saturday 29th July / Departures Friday 4thAugust.
This retreat counts as 6 days of Waves prerequisites towards the 5Rhythms Teacher training.
