The 5Rhythms moving meditation/ dance practice, created by Gabrielle Roth, is a beautiful path of release, healing and ultimately, true self-acceptance. By moving through the rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we explore the nature of who we are and how our energy moves in this life. Open to all abilities and experience. This Waves Level workshop explores the foundation of the 5Rhythms practice.
