OPIS
We’ll meet at the end of the year to celebrate life, to honor whatever came to us and to open our hearts to whatever is about to come. We’ll meet ourselves in the dance, we’ll meet our fellow travelers, we’ll meet mother nature.The event is open to everybody, no previous dance or 5Rhythms experience is needed. You are welcome regardless of your skills or abilities or fitness. It will count as 6 hours of wave practice towards the 5Rhythms teacher training.
This event is substance free.
