OPIS
Introducing the 5Rhythms Waves by Alejandra RicoA space and time to meet the movement meditation practice The 5Rhythms®; allowing you to be grounded, rooted and expressing yourself, surrendering to the power of the movement of your body, letting go of the heavy stones you carry in your pockets, to experience lightness, meeting the community, and connecting with yourself from the authentic core of your being.
BILJEŠKE
The 5R Wave is a map into the 5Rhythms map to introduce the rhythms guided by a 5R Teacher.
So guided by me, accompanied by music I select and play for each Wave, this is your invitation to peel back layers, drop the masks, connect with your roots, meet the community and let your genuine self emerge.
