Leading from the breath, the heart, thepelvis  and the feet we enliven thefullness of our expression. By generating new patterns and inventing new shapesand dynamics in movement, our creativity opens up. Through grounding andresponding to the 5Rhythms, our creative juices flourish and flow out of new cornersof ourselves.

We’ll take this weekend to generate newdirections for the future, to enrich our present and to befriend the past.
