Dancing, I remember who I am.

I am nature.

Imagine moving barefoot on green ground together, afternoon sunlit sky arcing overhead, and a gentle warm breeze dancing across our skin.

We are held by a 5Rhythms Wave of music, our breath, and by the sacred beauty of our surroundings.

This Spring, we will come together to listen to the wild wisdom of our bodies, and the moving mystery of the wilderness around us. We will let the 5Rhythms movement practice guide us into deeper connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.

No previous 5Rhythms experience is needed.

This workshop will include indoor and outdoor movement sessions. Silent Disco Headsets will be provided for the outdoor session(s).
