As we deepen into contact with our innermost selves, we create a Sanctuary for the soul's evolution. From this place we find grounding, clarity, and passion that enable us to bring our greatest truth and beauty into the world. This New Year's weekend, we will come together as a community of awakening, embodied travelers to support each other in knowing and living our deepest life purpose. We will use the 5Rhythms movement meditation as a means to accessing our innate, embodied wisdom. Through conscious movement, we will release what no longer serves, and unearth a foundation of clear intention for creating the life we long to live in 2024.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
