An der Schwelle in die dunkle Jahreszeit bietet dieser lyrische Tanztag eine übersprudelnde Erste-Hilfe Schatztruhe für alles Schwarzsehen, Schwierige, Schaurige und Schwere …. das Sparkling Lyrical, der Rhythmus der Seele.Die 5Rhythmen® nach Gabrielle Roth ~ Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness ~ bieten hervorragende Werkzeuge und praktikable Wege, sich selbst wahrzunehmen und immer weniger wieder aus den Augen zu verlieren. Im Tanz wachen wir auf, kommen bei uns an; wir spüren plötzlich unsere pralle Lebendigkeit, haben Spaß und lassen hinter uns, was wir sonst mit uns herumschleppen. Beim Tanzen kommt das Wahre in uns zum Vorschein, wir befreien uns Schritt für Schritt und stehen uns und dem Leben, das durch uns hindurch fließt, nicht länger im Weg.
