During this special event, we will use the 5Rhythms movement map as our guide as we explore the power of intention and embodiment as we bring our deepest prayers to life during this auspicious time of year!BILJEŠKE
The 5Rhythms are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. These Rhythms are a movement map that, when practiced, allow us to get grounded in our bodies, express our hearts and clear our minds so that our true essence can come forth effortlessly. This is a dynamic moving meditation that nourishes mind, body and spirit!
