The art of being fluid in our bodies When we open up to the flow of our physical beings, all other pathways open.Moving through the Wave, the 5 levels of – Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness®
is an exploration of each rhythm in a uniquely personal way as a dynamic state of being. In a guided movement meditation, the body frees and by releasing the shatter of the mind and emotions transforms into movement in shapes and forms. Alert movement invites consciousness, the inner witness, gentle into the dance.
The 5Rhytms are a map to everywhere we want to go, on all planes of consciousness.
They are markers on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild passionate, instinctive self.
