Grounded in the simplicity of the 5Rhythms® Waves Practice,this workshop is an invitation to explore the embodied practice of studying the transitions as we move from one rhythm into the next, studying the links and shifts and finding our way into deeper fluid connection.Like the changing seasons, we give attention to the 5Rhythms® map as it naturally shifts from flowing, staccato, chaos lyrical and into stillness..

We will spend time studying these transitions as physical practice; the movement of the rhythms between the rhythms; the dance of layered and textured landscapes where these rhythms meet, move us and move through us.Allowing ourselves to rest in these inbetween rhythms as a dance gives space for a rich field of new territory to unfold.Remembering the dance as an integral part of our everyday lives makes this practice of transitions a practical application for all the everyday changes that we must move into, with and through.
