Down through the ages, it has been said over and over; ‘ we come alone in this world, and we go alone’. So for each of us, there’s times of letting go. Sometimes we can receive these changes as a natural part of life. Sometimes though we’re faced with unwanted or unpredictable loss and grieve. This seminar we invite all the different feelings, shapes and colours that come up when our world gets shaked up. We use dance as a doorway to find presence in body and heart. The body doesn’t lie and knows exactly what dance is needed to experience, express, melt, release and expand the heart. We welcome the rhythm of Chaos and the element Water as our teachers. These are a great support in surrendering to our ever changing live and relations.
