Every human being holds both healthy and unhealthy masculine and feminine qualities. In this workshop for all genders, we investigate how these innate characteristics are in dialogue and dance together.

Throughout our lives, society drills endless stories into our brains and our bodies telling us how we “should” think—so much so that many of us no longer trust our own intuition. Using movement-based and strategic thinking frameworks, we cultivate the confidence and capacity to design life on our own terms.

Through self-inquiry, group discussions, 5Rhythms®, writing exercises, and somatic leadership practices, we explore our full selves, as individuals and in relationship to each other.

Prepare for unapologetic self-expression, leadership skill-building, great people and lots of fun. Everyone is welcome.
