Joy is the natural result of allowing fear, anger, and sadness to be completely felt and fully expressed. How much joy can you tolerate? I’m curious of this. . . . I feel us being afraid of our joy. Perhaps the answer for us each depends on how much fear, anger, and sadness we can tolerate. When deeply embodied, the rise and delight of existence is unmistakable, an experience of ecstatic glee . . . . Join me for a day of exploring joy through movement, dance, and rhythm. We will expand our emotional range and tap into a felt sense of how this emotion moves in our bodies and lives.

Refund Policy

For a full refund minus a $15 processing fee, you must cancel at least 1 week in advance of this workshop. For a full refund minus a 50% processing fee you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of this workshop. Within 24 hours of this workshop all refunds will be subject to participant replacement. If the workshop is either not full or we are unable to fill your spot, your money will not be refunded.

In the event that the organizers cancel this workshop, for any reason:

A full refund of the payment received from each participant will be made.

The organizers will hold no financial responsibility for the participants’ travel expenses.

Every attempt will be made to give as much prior warning of cancellation as possible.
