In this *7-day retreat in Tuscany, Italy*, the journey is the destination

is a living experience of body, heart, mind, and soul in motion.

Through the *5Rhythms*, we dance life as it is, to inhabit the moment.

In this retreat, we also will share excursions and simple, meaningful activities, where each experience becomes a journey:

a day at the beach, the sea and sun on the skin;

the rhythm of being with nature in the countryside;

laughter and tears shared with the group;

the freedom of conscious dance and movement.

We follow the sensations.

We trust rhythm.

Here, detours are sacred signs.

Resistance is part of the map.

Pauses are not failures, but thresholds.
