Feeling the breath of nature and the elements' being in body and mind, is a journey, which deepens inward og create depth outside, as we connect to the many layers of nature and the dances of the elements through the 5Rhythms.

I the beautiful space of Bio Tuning we will open up to our body, finding home. In nature and on the Palm beach we will invite the elements to guide our dance, being with mother earth in flow, fire in staccato, water in chaos, air in lyrical and ether in stillness. We will unfold  the body of nature and the nature of body, and reach deeper layers in body, heart and mind, a connection to all we are, as magic, passionated, instinctive and vulnerable dancer.
