In this foundational level Waves workshop, we explore the teachings of each of the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. In this time of chaotic change and unsettling world events, more than ever, we need to be grounded and embodied. Though we might prefer to hide or retreat, instead we are called to “show up”, to find our own way to move through all that we face with presence, courage and integrity.
