In this 5Rhythms® workshop, we embody the universal rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness to explore the nature of who we are and how energy moves. Through the gateways of trance and meditations, we follow the Waves map to shine light on the Bigger Picture and re-member our true nature. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.
