…are part of life. From daylight to darkness, working weekto weekend, winter to spring…yet even with this constant pulse, there are timeswe become acutely aware of a transition phase we are in. In such times it iswise to listen to the language of the body – our emotional reactions, our senseof self in relationship, our health.  I love stories of people intransition.  We can learn so much from each other.

For me, as for thousands of people, Gabrielle Roth’s5Rhythms have been both an exhilarating, inspiring practice and solid groundfor support in times of change. In this workshop, we will make physical thetransitions from flow to staccato, from staccato to chaos and so on throughstillness and back to flow. I will offer a range of practical tools to activateour movement wisdom on the dance floor, so that it becomes easier to access indaily life.
