For a few hours, on an early spring afternoon, explore a cease-fire with the war within and declare a truce within the borders of your body. Whether overt or covert, we all have tension that can be labeled disagreeable or pain. in this workshop, we will explore an embodiment of the state of truce, one where your answers, your dance, your embodied self speaks in a language beyond words and the reverberation of truth emerges from the mystery. I invite you to the dance only you can do. There are no steps to learn, no preparations to make, no prerequisites to participate; only curiosity, breath, and your presence, moment by moment, a practice of being.

Charlottesville Ballet Studio 3 is located on the second level of the building. Enter the door to the right of Play It Again Sports and take the elevator to the second floor. Follow the signs to 5Rhythms.
What to Bring:
Water. Bare Feet or Dance shoes (no street shoes). Comfortable clothing you can move in. Curiosity.
