Life is uncertain
We like to create a sense of safety and predictability,
To feel we have some measure of control ~
But in truth we don't really know what will happen next year,
Or even tomorrow..

If we can learn to live with it, there's aliveness in not knowing how things will turn out

What helps us to feel at ease in the uncertainty is trust

This weekend we will move through the landscapes of our hearts
Tracking the feelings that keep us from trusting
Ourselves, each other, and life itself
And finding a different way of being and moving
That helps our hearts find the willingness to open
More deeply
To trust
