For dancers looking to delve deeper into their exploration and practice of the 5Rhythms I will be offering this one day 'Waves' Level workshop on Saturday 21st September 2019, 11- 5pm. In this workshop we shall be exploring the fundamentals of the 5Rhythms practice and philosophy - rooted first, in trusting our feet. Prior experience is not necessary and beginners are welcome. Please bring some food to share for lunch (no alcohol). Tea and Coffee will be provided.
