Life is a process
Things unfold ~ situations, relationships, even us

The wave of the 5 Rhythms describes this movement ~
How things arise, take form, and grow into fullness..
Then change, and find their completion

And the dance teaches us to recognise these patterns
How to participate in them, consciously and creatively
And how to trust the process

Many things find their own natural way if we learn to let them
It always helps to know where we are within the journey

This weekend we’ll practice the art of making a good beginning
How to stay present and alive in the middle of things
And how to make a good ending

We’ll practice participating more fully, more usefully, and with more awareness, in the unfolding dance of life
