OPIS

We are essentially a contradiction. Human and holy. Damaged and divine. Fragile and full hearted. Cracked and complete. 

Exquisitely flawed. Impeccably imperfect. Riddled with holes and resonant in holiness. A work in progress, we live our lives in a dance between these contradictions. Both and neither are true. 

From the scarred to the sacred, we’ll dance through the cracks ~ into our unique and hallowed wholeness. There’s no self-improvement plan. Simply the exploration into the rich and ragged fibres of our being, dancing the pieces into peace. Expanding our acceptance and awareness and translating it into moving art using the deeply catalytic 5Rhythms movement practice.
