Wild Brave is a 5Rhythms workshop about the courage to stay present with what is true in your body, in your heart, in the moment.

So many of us live in our heads, overriding what we feel with fear, politeness, image, and overthinking. This weekend is an invitation to come back to the body, to the heart,

And to what is actually happening.

The 5Rhythms is a remarkable movement practice that brings us into direct contact with ourselves. It cuts through the noise and returns us to something simple and honest. Through Waves, we drop into the physical body - sensation, breath, movement. Through Heartbeat, we open into the emotional body - what is real, what is moving, and what wants to be expressed.

Wildness is letting yourself be unfiltered. It is the body responding honestly

and the heart revealing whats there.

Bravery is what allows you to stay with that. To feel without shutting down, to express without armouring, to speak what matters.

This work isn't about pushing past your edges. It's about expanding them

and growing the capacity to meet what's here.
