“Waves of Intention” – an event to kick off 2026 in a profound way.

Share in the heartfelt taking of ceremonial grade cacao, to tune into your heart space.

Dance the dust off the remnants of 2025, with a metamorphic 5 Rhythms Dance experience.

Then simply lie down and be the recipient of the divine frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, voice, flute, medicine drum, chimes, and more.

Come to imbue your NY intentions with potency, or simply come to enjoy the beauty.

PLEASE BRING: everything you will need for comfort during the Sound Bath. Mat, blankets, cushions, eye mask. Wear comfortable clothes for dancing in.
