A dynamic exploration of the wilderness between your head and your feet through breath, body, and beat.5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice that encourages connection, creativity, and expression within oneself, with others and within community. Accessible to all, it's an exploration and discovery of the stories and wisdom held in our bodies.
No previous dance experience required, simply a desire to dive deep into the mystery of our Selves and a curiosity to define and expand our edges.
Friday night: 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday: noon to 6:00 pm
$95 - Friday & Saturday
